These terms apply to the text message program operated by Encore Marketing System ("Encore") on behalf of participating retail stores. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.
Program name: Encore Rewards and Alerts. Encore sends text messages for participating stores to people who opted in: membership codes, points and visit updates, reward coupons, and, if you also agreed, promotional offers such as sales and special deals. Each message begins with the name of the store that is sending it. Encore also sends consultation and service updates to merchants who agreed to receive them through our website.
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a participating store's sign-up tablet or on our website form and checking the text message consent box that is shown with the full disclosures. Promotional messages require a separate, optional checkbox. See how opt-in works.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the store's offers.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at tmartbakersfield@gmail.com or 661-373-7950. You may opt back in by replying START or by signing up again.
The program works on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may shop at a participating store without joining the program.

Our website offers a chat assistant that uses artificial intelligence. It is a demonstration, can make mistakes, and does not provide tax, legal, or medical advice. It does not send text messages.
